6:30 PM to 8:00 PM 5-year-olds and up
This class offers the basics of wrestling and conditioning
Thursday
Thursday w/ Coach Guido
6:30 PM to 8:00 PM Experienced Wrestlers only.
This class will keep you motivated to become mentally tougher. Iron will sharpen Iron on Thursdays.
Friday
Friday morning boot camp w/ Coach Cap
This high-intensity boot camp with Coach Cap will have you running/jumping/climbing and asking if you made the right choice.

Please download and read, print, sign, and bring to the first class you attend. We will need this for all returning wrestlers.
